Welcome to Santhosha Vidhyalaya Alumni Association (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”)!
These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at svaa.org.in (together or individually “Service”) operated by Santhosha Vidhyalaya Alumni Association.
If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing at [email protected] so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use Service.

3. Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions
Content found on or through this Service are the property of Santhosha Vidhyalaya Alumni Association or used with permission. 7. No Use By Minors
Service is intended only for access and use by individuals at least eighteen (18) years old. Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Santhosha Vidhyalaya Alumni Association and its licensors. Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Santhosha Vidhyalaya Alumni Association.

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on
their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security
Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used
as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your
purchase transaction information is not saved.
Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI
